Our Forever Vets pet Wellness Plan offer top-notch, necessary preventative care at affordable prices. Veterinarians make it sound important and easy, but can you afford it? Yes. Because we strongly believe in the prevention of life-threatening and debilitating diseases, we offer Forever Vets Wellness Plan to provide long-term happy and healthy lives for your pets.

Your pet will receive the veterinarian recommended year-round preventative care, all at affordable monthly payments! These plans are different than insurance; there are no deductibles, no reimbursements, just straight-forward discounts and services given as you make interest-free monthly payments. Each pet Wellness Plan gives you additional discounts on select in-house products and services. To sign up, stop by your local office and let us know you'd like to join the plan!

Wellness Plans Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign up on the Forever Vets Wellness Plan and how much does it cost?

Once a physical exam is done by one of our veterinarians, they will suggest a suitable plan based on the findings. Our experienced team will sign your pet up on the Forever Vets Wellness Plan, which will allow you to receive the plan’s services the same day. Your monthly cost will be determined by the level of plan you choose. Our plans start at $45 per month and up, plus a one-time membership fee ($75).  

How long does the Forever Vets Wellness Plan last?

The Forever Vets Wellness Plan is a package of services that is recommended for your pet over the course of 12 months. The plan will renew at the end of 12 months to provide continuous health care to your pet.

Can I upgrade or downgrade the plan?

You can upgrade the plan at any time with a new set of Forever Vets Wellness Plan services. To downgrade, you have to wait until your original 12-month term expires, and let us know 30-days prior to your renewal date if you decide to make that change.

Can I cancel the plan?

Yes. The Forever Vets Wellness Plan enables your pet to receive all services upfront, allowing you to pay them off over a 12-month period. When canceling your plan, you are required to pay the retail cost of the services already received less the monthly payments made thus far. Or, you can continue to pay out the rest of the plan for the 12 months, whichever is less. For more information on the cancellation process click here.

How do I pay for the Forever Vets Wellness Plan?

Payments will be automatically withdrawn on either the 1st or 15th of each month from your credit card or debit card with a secured software system.

What happens to my puppy/kitten plan after 12 months? Is there a cost to transition to the adult plan?

When your puppy or kitten plan reaches the 12-month period, it will automatically renew to the same level of adult cat or dog plan. There are no additional charges, and the payments will continue to be withdrawn on either the 1st or 15th for the same amount.

Can my Forever Vets Wellness Plan be transferred to another pet?

No. Forever Vets Wellness Plans are non-transferrable to another pet or pet owner.

How can I make sure that services on the plan are used before the renewal period?

As unused services expire at the time of renewal, but don’t worry, we’ll be contacting you with reminder calls, emails, and text messages when services are due!
