Radiography
Digital radiography is the newest technology available for x-rays in animals. We use digital radiography to diagnose soft tissue and orthopedic conditions. Often times, we check for broken bones, foreign bodies that have been ingested, if your pet has been coughing, limping, vomiting, having diarrhea, checking for upper respiratory infections, and heart issues. We can save images to a disk or send via e-mail. The exposure to radiation is greatly reduced when using digital radiography, and the quality of images is increased than older methods of x-rays.
