I was born and raised in Southwest Virginia and moved to Florida 18 years ago. After being laid off in the architectural drafting field several times I started with Forever Vets in 2017 as a receptionist. I quickly learned this was the career for me. I loved seeing our patients come in wagging their tails, loving to see us. If the patients were sick I was happy to get them a quick appointment to see our veterinarians to relieve the anxiety of the owners and then later the pets coming back feeling better and acting their normal selves again.

I was promoted to lead receptionist about a year later and became practice manager July 2019. To say this career is a roller coaster ride of excitement is an understatement. When I am not at work I love spending time with my 8 year old niece and enjoying the pool.
