Your pet will be given a comprehensive examination and pre-anesthetic blood work to confirm good health prior to spaying or neutering surgery. Our Veterinarians will make common surgical procedures such as pet neutering or spaying as comfortable and safe for your pet and at a reasonable cost.

Both procedures are common and with little or no complications. Our goal during the spay or neuter procedure is to keep your furry friends free from any pain. We administer general anesthesia before surgery with medications given after surgery to reduce pain.

Health and Behavioral Benefits
from Spay Neuter

Spay is the surgical removal of a female animal's reproductive organs that eliminate heat cycles. This also reduces unwanted behaviors that lead to owner frustrations such as issues relating to the mating instinct.

Neuter is a surgical procedure removing the gonads that reduce the breeding instinct which prevents the male pet from reproducing and makes your male pet more content to stay home instead of roaming or fighting.

Pet Spaying and Pet Neutering will not influence your pet's intelligence or the ability to play or learn as your pet will tend to be better behaved following surgical removal of their ovaries or testes. Most importantly is the long-term benefit of improved health for both dogs and cats.
