Dr. Henry Veterinarian
Dr. Chelsea Henry was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, where her love for animals inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in Chemistry from Southern Adventist University before obtaining her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Florida.
Before veterinary school, Dr. Henry spent two years working as an emergency and surgery veterinary assistant. She has a passion for small animal medicine and a special interest in exotic animal care, having completed veterinary externships at multiple zoos. She is also Fear Free Certified and dedicated to making veterinary visits as comfortable as possible for her patients.
Outside of work, Dr. Henry enjoys reading, drawing, video editing, traveling with family, and participating in church activities. An avid equestrian since age seven, she especially loves English riding and show jumping. She also shares her home with a six-year-old domestic shorthair cat.
