This season we will host TWO Pucks & Paws Nights!

Friday, November 13, 2026 at 7pm

Saturday, March 20, 2027 at 7pm

*Please note, each human and animal requires their own ticket (2 humans and 1 dog require 3 tickets).

*Only Dogs & Cats are eligible to attend

*All pets must be on leashes.

To view your mobile tickets on your smartphone:

1. Use the official Jacksonville Icemen App or go to jacksonvilleicemen.com/accountmanager

2. Sign into your account – If issues logging in, click ‘Forgot Password’.

3. Click Manage Tickets.

4. Select your game.

5. Click on the seat and view your barcode – Save it to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and beat slow internet on gameday (recommended).
