Dr. Chris Payne Veterinarian

Dr. Chris Payne grew up outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma, before moving northeast for his undergraduate and veterinary training. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Marine Science from Boston University and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Payne has a passion for aquatic medicine and is a Certified Aquatic Veterinarian through the World Aquatic Veterinary Medical Association. His other professional interests include preventive care, ultrasound, and internal medicine. In his free time, he enjoys visiting aquariums, spending time near the ocean, and hosting board game nights.
